What we will never do
We will never delete anything you have saved. If you cancel, or a payment does not go through, everything you have written and every photo, recording, and video stays exactly where it is, and you can still read it, download it, and take it with you. You simply cannot add new files until you have room again.
Cancelling takes one click, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by strict per-person access controls. You can export everything you’ve stored, and delete your account and everything in it, at any time. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising.
