Private by default
Nothing you write, record, or upload in Everheld is visible to anyone unless you explicitly share it. Your spaces, journals, memories, and rituals are yours. We do not browse your content, index it for search, or use it in any way outside of delivering the service to you.
No advertising, no data sales
We do not serve targeted advertisements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Everheld is funded by subscriptions, not by your attention or your information.
AI and your content
We will never use your personal content to train AI or machine learning models without your explicit, informed opt-in. Any features that use AI are clearly labelled, and participation is always optional.
Your rights: export and deletion
You can export all of your data at any time in a standard, portable format. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. Deletion is irreversible and will be processed promptly.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We use trusted, reputable infrastructure providers and apply security best practices throughout our systems. We will notify you promptly of any breach that affects your data.
