By using Everheld you agree to these terms. Everheld is a personal memory and journalling service intended for individuals who are processing grief and loss. It is not a clinical tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or crisis support.

Your content

You own everything you create in Everheld. By uploading content you grant us the limited right to store and deliver it to you and, where you have chosen to share it, to your invited circle members. We claim no ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Everheld lawfully and with respect for others. You may not use Everheld to store or distribute illegal content, to harass others, or to violate the privacy of people who have not consented to be included.

Service availability

We aim to keep Everheld available and reliable. We may need to perform maintenance or make changes to the service, and will give reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for interruptions outside our control.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may export your data; after the retention period your data will be deleted.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you of material changes to these terms with reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
